Jane Rizzoli (the tough, smart Boston cop played by Angie Harmon) and Maura Isles (the laid back, sharp medical examiner played by Sasha Alexander) are BFFs despite -- and maybe a little because of -- the fact that they're total opposites. But as the third season of Rizzoli & Isles premieres on TNT June 5, 9 PM ET, the titular two's friendship is in trouble.
