Or if the girl you?re dating is the sort to run around, that?s on her, not on you, and your self-esteem should not suffer because of it.

Do things that make you feel very good about yourself.? Consider all the terrific qualities you have.? Do something daily that?s just good for YOU,? something that makes you feel good about yourself and then start improving your self esteem. This will assist you enormously in your battle to overcome jealousy.
