The southwest corner of the new Sports and Recreation Center is starting to resemble a finished building, even though completion is a year away.
The metamorphosis of the Sports and Recreation Center from steel skeleton to a more defined brick-and-glass structure has attracted the attention of the Worcester Telegram & Gazette, which recently published an article on the project, its contribution to the local economy and its environmentally sustainable features.
